Man Sues Vegas Escort Over 'Illegal Sex Act'

Most people go to Las Vegas to enjoy the casino and play blackjack, roulette or on the high-stake poker tables. Then some people also make the most of the night life in Las Vegas, gambling or partying. You know what they say - What happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas.

While staying in Las Vegas in December, a New York man made the most of his time away and visited an escort girl. He’s now taking her to court and demanding $1.8M in damages and a refund for her services, which comes to $275. What could have happened that was so bad when he was with the escort girl? Did he become ill after spending time with her?

Apparently, the court case is based on the fact that the escort preformed an “illegal sexual act” on him.

In the
case brought to the U.S. District Court, Hubert Blackman explained what happened during his intimate time with the escort. The filing is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. Blackman requested the service from Las Vegas Exclusive Personals, a business based on Paradise Road south of Tropicana Avenue. Now, Blackman wants his money back. He claims he is owed $275 from the escort business. He also claims that he needs medical treatment for a mental disorder which was triggered by the illegal sex act.

However, legal expert Bob Massi has reviewed the case and Blackman's case holds no merit. What a surprise? We can say that any of this made sense to us. The case will just be thrown out. A judge could get very angry with this because it really abuses the court system. It's an insult to the court system. He’s clearly wasting everyone’s time and what illegal sex act could have triggered someone to become a time waster? He’s more likely to have been born with the disorder.

At least we can look at the funny side of this story and think about an illegal sex act performed in Las Vegas and let our imagination take it from there…
